通过甘蓝与大白菜种间杂交合成了24个甘蓝型油菜品系。这些品系的自交不亲和性、生物学特性及抗逆性都与它们的双亲尤其是母本甘蓝相似。合成的品系中79%自交不亲和、34%品系抗寒、96%的品系耐热、8%品系抗病毒病。84%的品系抗油菜霜霉病、78%避开了菌核病。3个合成甘蓝型油菜品系是41A的理想保持系,其后代不育性彻底而且稳定。从合成的甘蓝型油菜与双低品系的正反交后代中获得了一个不育性彻底的核不育材料。合成品系与双低品系正反交后代中自交不亲和组合仍高达80%,它们的生物学特性居中亲值。这些正反后代中3个组合抗寒,大多数组合晚熟、耐热、抗病毒病、油菜霜霉病和避开了菌核病。它们的千粒重和含油量普遍高于现有甘蓝型油菜品种。
Twenty four Brassica napus lines were synthesized through interspecific cross between cabbage and Chinese cabbage. The self-incompatibility, biological characteristics, and resistance of these lines are similar to their parents, especially maternal cabbage. Among the synthesized lines, 79% were self-incompatible, 34% were cold-resistant, 96% were resistant to heat and 8% were anti-viral. 84% of the strains resistant to rape downy mildew, 78% to avoid Sclerotinia. The three synthetic Brassica napus lines were the ideal maintainer line of 41A, and their offspring sterility was completely and stably. A sterile sterility material was obtained from the reciprocal crosses between the synthesized B. napus and the two low lines. Inbred and incompatible combinations of reciprocal cross and backcross of synthetic lines and double lines were still as high as 80%, and their biological characteristics were intermediate values. Three of these positive and negative offspring were cold-tolerant, most of which were late-maturing, heat-tolerant, antiviral, downy mildew and avoid sclerotinia. Their grain weight and oil content are generally higher than the existing varieties of Brassica napus.
