本文报告我院从1971年至1985年2月收治的恶性组织细胞增生症(简称恶组)20例,并介绍临床罕见的类型。临床资料一、般资料:男性14例,女性6例,男:女为2.3:1;年龄从14岁至73岁,20—30岁组共7例,占35％,平均年龄41岁。二、临床症状及体征:本组全部病例均有发热,有出血倾向者占78.9％,黄疸占42.1％,其他少见的症状有关节肌肉酸痛,声嘶音哑,皮疹,软组织肿物及神经系统损害等。体征中脾肿大占75％,肝肿大占90％,
