目的 观察 5 - Fu在 30例翼状胬肉手术中应用的临床效果。方法 对门诊进行翼状胬肉手术的患者 ,在切除翼状胬肉后局部加用 5 - Fu。结果 30例术后随访期间均未发现复发。结论 5 - Fu对于预防翼状胬肉术后复发有效 ,但远期疗效还需进一步观察
Objective To observe the clinical effect of 5 - Fu in 30 cases of pterygium surgery. Methods For patients undergoing pterygium surgery at the outpatient department, 5 - Fu was added locally after the pterygium was removed. Results No recurrence was found in 30 cases during follow-up. Conclusion 5 - Fu is effective in preventing postoperative recurrence of pterygium, but the long - term curative effect needs further observation
