外阴白斑,指外阴部局限性或(氵弥)散性白色病变。发病原因,大多因慢性炎症刺激所致。在病理组织变化上,表现生发层增生过长,真皮中有炎症表现,角质层变厚,角化过度。外阴白斑是外阴癌的主要诱因,因此,积极治疗外阴白斑,是做好防治工作中一项重要任务。我院自1973年8月开始,采用5-氟脲嘧啶局部注射,配合中西药物治疗34例,临床观察,有一定效果,初步介绍如下。

Vulvar leukoplakia is the main cause of vulvar cancer, therefore, active treatment of leukoplakia, prevention and control work is an important task. Our hospital since August 1973, the use of 5-fluorouracil local injection, with the treatment of 34 cases of Chinese and Western medicine, clinical observation, have some effect, the initial introduction is as follows.
