随着我国经济的迅速发展,油气储运在能源运输中的地位日益凸显。油气储运不同于一般能源的运输,因其本身特点使其储运具有很大的风险。这需要在节能环保的原则下,保证油气储运的安全。本文从油气储运存在的风险出发,以环保节能的视野探讨油气储运的安全管理问题,并提出相应的解决方案,以促进我国经济的转型发展。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the status of oil and gas storage and transportation in energy transportation has become increasingly prominent. Oil and gas storage and transportation different from the transport of energy in general, because of its own characteristics make it a great risk of storage and transportation. This requires the principle of energy saving and environmental protection to ensure the safety of oil and gas storage and transportation. Based on the risks of oil and gas storage and transportation, this paper explores the safety management of oil and gas storage and transportation from the perspective of environmental protection and energy conservation and puts forward corresponding solutions to promote the economic transformation and development of our country.
