应用人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)核酸分子斑点杂交法、流式细胞技术和细胞免疫荧光法,检测宫颈癌DNA倍体、HPV、ras p21和p53蛋白表达,并对其进行综合研究.结果显示,宫颈癌组DNA指数平均值明显高于正常组,且与肿瘤细胞分化有关;癌变组DNA异倍体率与肿瘤分化程度关系密切;在17例HPV16/18型阳性病例中,均有ras P21和/或P53蛋白阳性表达.说明宫颈癌变是多因素综合作用的结果,HPV16/18、ras p21和p53蛋白表达具有协同作用.
The HPV DNA, ras p21 and p53 protein were detected by dot blot hybridization, flow cytometry and immunofluorescence staining in human cervical carcinoma, The average DNA index of cervical cancer group was significantly higher than that of normal group, and was related to the differentiation of tumor cells. The rate of aneuploidy in cancerous group was closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation. In 17 HPV16 / 18 positive cases, there were ras P21 and / Or positive expression of P53 protein, indicating that cervical carcinogenesis is the result of multifactorial combination and the synergistic effect of HPV16 / 18, ras p21 and p53 protein expression.
