在石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)中采用石墨杯插入石墨管技术对柑桔叶固体样品直接进行分析,管中杯(cup-in-tube)的作用相当于稳定温度平台(STPF)在近热平衡条件下,减少了非光谱干扰,采用塞曼效应扣除了光谱干扰。用此法精密度在4.1%~11.2%之间,线性范围在0~1.6mg·B·L-1之间。本文同时对固体进样量进行了讨论。
The solid samples of citrus leaf were analyzed directly by Graphite Tube Insertion Graphite Tube (GFAAS) in a graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). The cup-in-tube effect was equivalent to that of the Stable Temperature Platform (STPF) Under the condition of heat balance, the non-spectral interference is reduced, and the Zeeman effect is used to deduct the spectral interference. Using this method, the precision is between 4.1% and 11.2%, and the linear range is between 0 and 1.6 mg · B · L-1. This article also discussed the solid injection volume.
