完善经济法律制度,是完善社会主义市场经济体制的主要任务之一。面对经济全球化和加入世贸组织的新形势,要把上海建成国际经济、金融、贸易和航运中心之一,实现“市场化、信息化、国际化、法制化”的要求,应当在制度的创新与完善方面走在全国前列。笔者结合学习党的十六届三中全会文件精神,就此谈一些粗浅的认识和看法。
