晶体管扩音机,在我国城乡都普遍使用。这类机器的稳压电源和功放电路,大都使用3AD30、3AD18和3DD102、3DD15等大功率晶体管。在使用过程中,大功率晶体管损坏率较高。本文从使用维护的角度出发,介绍防止大功率晶体管损坏的一些经验。 1.电源电压不应超过规定值 晶体管扩音机的交流电源电压一般为220V。而在市电电压波动频繁地区,电源电压有时低至150V,有时高达250V以上。电源电压过高,容易损坏大功率管。解决的办法是采用稳压器或调压器把市电稳定在220V左右。如果使用调压器,还应配装交流电压表,以监示电压不要超过220V。没有配装电压表的调压器不能随意使
