在工业中提高燃料的燃烧率以及保证锅炉的高效运行都需要对烟气中二氧化碳的含量进行测量。在热导式原理的基础上利用光纤Bragg光栅对温度的敏感特性研制了一种热导式光纤Bragg光栅二氧化碳分析仪,通过检测光纤Bragg光栅中心波长的移位量实现对二氧化碳体积百分比含量的测量。测试实验表明,二氧化碳百分比含量从0到20%,从20%到80%以及从80%到100%时,光纤Bragg光栅的中心波长变化量分别为0.020 nm、0.116 nm、0.015 nm,在含量达到100%之后中心波长趋于平稳。
Increasing the burn rate of fuel in the industry and ensuring the efficient operation of the boiler requires the measurement of carbon dioxide in the flue gas. Based on the principle of thermal conductivity, a temperature-sensitive characteristic of fiber Bragg grating was developed. A thermal-guided fiber Bragg grating carbon dioxide analyzer was developed to measure the volume fraction of carbon dioxide by detecting the shift of the central wavelength of fiber Bragg grating . The experimental results show that the change of center wavelength of fiber Bragg grating is 0.020 nm, 0.116 nm and 0.015 nm respectively when the percentage of carbon dioxide is from 0 to 20%, from 20% to 80% and from 80% to 100% The center wavelength tends to be stable after 100%.
