目的:对损伤神经自发放电节律进行分类并探讨其转化规律.方法:长时间顺序记录单纤维自发放电的相邻动作电位峰峰间期,应用钾通道阻断剂作用于神经损伤区,观察节律的变化情况.结果:损伤神经产生多种形式的自发放电,其中部分为周期性的,包括周期1、周期2、周期3等;发现周期1向周期2转化有3种方式:①周期1经倍分岔转化为周期2;②周期1节律经激变转化为周期2;③周期1经混沌转化为周期2.结论:损伤神经自发放电周期1向周期2转化有3种方式,支持了已有的理论研究.
OBJECTIVE: To classify the spontaneous firing rhythms of injured nerves and investigate their transformation rules. Methods: Long-term sequential recording of spontaneous discharge of spontaneous monofilament adjacent peak potential, the use of potassium channel blockers in the nerve injury area, observe the rhythm changes. Results: There were many forms of spontaneous discharge in the injured nerve, some of them were periodic, including period 1, period 2, period 3, etc. There were three ways to find the transformation from period 1 to period 2: ① Period 1 was bifurcated For the cycle 2; ② rhythm cycle 1 cycle into cycle 2; ③ cycle 1 chaos into cycle 2. CONCLUSIONS: There are three ways to change the spontaneous discharge period 1 to period 2 of injured nerve, which supports the existing theoretical research.
