肺泡蛋白沉积症是肺部一种较罕见的疾病，为了探讨全肺灌洗的临床疗效和安全性，对8例病理确诊的患者进行全肺灌洗治疗。1周显效8例，3个月显效7例，1年显效5例，未发生肺不张、液气胸、肺炎等手术合并症。
Pulmonary alveolar proteinosis is a rare disease in the lung. To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of whole lung lavage, eight patients with pathologically confirmed pulmonary lavage were treated. One week markedly effective in 8 cases, 3 months markedly effective in 7 cases, 1 year markedly in 5 cases, no atelectasis, liquid pneumothorax, pneumonia and other surgical complications.
