目的探讨基因蛋白Caveolin-1在乳腺癌组织侵袭以及转移中的作用。方法采用流式细胞免疫法定量检测Caveolin-1在60例乳腺良性组织和70例乳腺癌组织中的表达。结果 Caveolin-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显低于乳腺良性组织(P<0.05),且随着乳腺癌临床分期的递增及淋巴转移的出现Caveolin-1的表达水平逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Caveolin-1的低表达促进了乳腺癌的侵袭和转移,在乳腺癌的发生、发展中起到了抑制作用,提示Caveolin-1可作为乳腺癌诊断和判断预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the role of Caveolin-1 in the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of Caveolin-1 in 60 cases of breast benign tissue and 70 cases of breast cancer. Results The expression of Caveolin-1 in breast cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in benign breast tissues (P <0.05). The expression of Caveolin-1 was gradually decreased with the increase of clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Low expression of Caveolin-1 can promote the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer and play an inhibitory role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer. It suggests that Caveolin-1 can be used as an index for the diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer.
