本文从氧化物半导体观点研究了电池级二氧化锰中氧缺位的扩散和影响扩散常数的因素。使用“恒电位二步极化”法求得与MnO_2中氧缺位扩散性质相关的特征因子“I~o”。并结合样品中MnO_2含量,定量地求得电池级二氧化锰的电化学活性,文中还给出了实验数据和对比电池的实际效分值。二者之间存在着良好的一致性。
In this paper, the diffusion of oxygen vacancy and the factors that affect the diffusion constant in battery-grade manganese dioxide are studied from the point of view of oxide semiconductors. The characteristic factor “I ~ o” related to the diffusion of oxygen vacancies in MnO_2 was obtained by “potentiostatic two-step polarization” method. Combined with the content of MnO 2 in the sample, the electrochemical activity of the battery grade manganese dioxide can be quantitatively obtained. The experimental data and the actual efficiency of the battery are given. There is good agreement between the two.
