棉花柱头外露种质从出苗到现蕾的基本营养生长期的长短因不同类型品系而异 ,变幅为 16～ 30d。根据这个最大日差距可将棉花营养生长期分短、中、长 3类。当平均温度在 2 9.5～ 30℃ ,昼夜温差为 33.7～34.8℃ / 2 5 .4～ 2 6 .1℃ ,日照 9.0～ 13 .80h日 ,供试材料的基本营养生长期 ,以Ys9、Ys3、Ys6和泗棉 3号最短为 16～ 17d。此外 ,还可从第一果枝着生节位高低和现蕾时的单株叶面积大小得到验证。
