利用改进分子结构、单元种类、官能团比例及对官能团改性等方法,研制出了多羧酸系ZS、ZSF系列反应性高分子减水剂,对减水剂合理掺量、高性能砂浆和砼等进行了试验研究,证明掺入新的高效减水剂后,砼及砂浆具有减水率高、流动性好、力学性能优良等特点。
The use of improved molecular structures, unit types, functional group ratios, and modification of functional groups led to the development of polycarboxylate ZS and ZSF reactive macromolecule water-reducing agents, with reasonable amounts of water-reducing agents, high-performance mortars and enamels. Tests and studies have been conducted to prove that concrete and mortar have the characteristics of high water reduction rate, good fluidity, and excellent mechanical properties after the incorporation of new superplasticizers.
