采用GC-MS等方法证实了硝基安定热裂解的主要产物之一是2-氨基-5-硝基苯基苯甲酮,并建立了热裂解薄层色谱法。首次采用重氮偶合显色在薄层板上定量测定硝基安定。实验条件为样品过XAD-2柱,乙酸乙酯洗脱,进一步处理后进行TLC,然后热裂解。重氮偶合显色后,CS-930薄层扫描仪测定,波长535nm。反射吸收法,锯齿扫描,以硝基安定与内标的峰面积比,与标准值比较定量,血浆样品线性范围0.15~15μg/ml,最低检出量0.1μg/ml。
