在测量仪表制造中,多年来都是利用凯纳特(Keinath)品质系数来设计轴尖支承型测量仪表。利用这一关系,可以迅速而又便利地对测量机构的调整特性作出粗略的评价。近年来许多作者对这种最初纯粹由经验得到的关系式作了物理技术背景的阐述。凯纳特品质系数同时能够反映支承材料的性能和对测量仪表的要求。本文论述一种张丝支承型测量仪表相应的品质系数,同样地也反映材料的性能和对测量机构的要求。它已被证实:与所制成的测量仪表的性能很相符合。本文给出若干用以设计张丝支承的规律(一部分由经验得到)。
In the manufacture of measuring instruments, shaft-supporting measuring instruments have been designed using Keinath quality factors for many years. Using this relationship, a rough evaluation of the adjustment characteristics of the measuring mechanism can be made quickly and easily. In recent years, many authors have elaborated on the physical and technical background of this initially purely empirical relation. Kenat’s quality factor reflects both the performance of the supporting material and the requirements of the measuring instrument. This article discusses a wire-supported measuring instruments corresponding quality factor, also reflects the material properties and the requirements of the measuring mechanism. It has been proven: very consistent with the performance of the gauges made. This paper presents a number of rules for the design of wire support (partly obtained by experience).
