教师是人类灵魂的工程师,教师的职业是太阳底下最光辉的职业。教师在平时的职业劳动中所表现出来的道德品质,在很大程度上影响和塑造着青少年一代的道德风貌。而在教育活动中,教师与学生的矛盾是贯穿此中的一对主要矛盾,如何处理好师生关系就成为教育成败的关键,而这主要看—个教师的道德素养如何。在现实生活中,有很多的老师抱着“一日为师终生为父”的陈旧观念,认为学生不听话就动辄挖苦讽刺甚至体罚,学生敢怒而不敢言,家长为了孩子忍
Teachers are engineers of the human soul, and teachers’ professions are the most brilliant professions in the sun. The moral qualities that teachers show in their usual professional work greatly influence and shape the moral character of the young generation. In the educational activities, the contradiction between teachers and students is one of the main contradictions running through it. How to handle the relationship between teachers and students becomes the key to the success or failure of education. This mainly depends on how teachers’ moral qualities are. In real life, there are many teachers holding the old concept that “one day is the teacher’s lifelong father.” They think that when students refuse to obey, they often sarcastic satire and even corporal punishment.
