目的研究分析大剂量丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙治疗小儿手足口病合并神经系统损害疗效观察。方法选取该院30例小儿手足口病合并神经系统损害患儿为研究对象(2012年1月—2017年2月收治),随机分为对照组和实验组,每组患儿各为15例。对照组给予小剂量甲泼尼龙,实验组在此基础上给予大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗。比较两组患儿相关临床指标。结果经过对应的治疗后,实验组神经系统恢复时间为(2.10±1.28)d显著少于对照组恢复时间(3.02±1.36)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿中,1例无效。对照组患儿中,4例无效。可得,对照组治疗有效率为73.3%显著低于实验组有效率93.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙治疗小儿手足口病合并神经系统损害临床疗效较为理想,能够显著减少患儿神经症状恢复时间,具有临床推广的意义。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of high dose gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone on children with hand, foot and mouth disease complicated with nervous system damage. Methods Thirty children with HFMD and neurological deficits in this hospital were selected as the study subjects (January 2012 to February 2017) and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 15 cases in each group. The control group given a small dose of methylprednisolone, the experimental group on the basis of high-dose gamma globulin treatment. The clinical data of two groups were compared. Results After the corresponding treatment, the recovery time of the nervous system in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (2.10 ± 1.28) d (3.02 ± 1.36) d, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). One of the children in the experimental group was ineffective. In the control group, 4 patients were ineffective. Available, the control group was 73.3% effective rate was significantly lower than the experimental group 93.3%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High dose gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease combined with nervous system damage is an ideal clinical efficacy, can significantly reduce the recovery time of neurological symptoms in children with clinical significance.
