3月18日下午,唐山市烟花爆竹行业管理协会成立大会暨第一次会员代表大会,在唐山长城大酒店召开,各县(市)区、场供销社土产日杂、烟花爆竹专营公司及省内外烟花爆竹定点生产厂家的代表参加了会议。市政府副秘书长肖玉文、市供销社主任王汉银、副主任王少民、市民政局社团处处长钟学民同志出席了大会。大会通过了《唐山市烟花爆竹行业管理协会章程》(草案),选举产生了26名理事,5名常务理事,王汉银为名誉会长,孙连富为会长,李克军、周永平为副会长,李爱兰为秘书长,郑京华为副秘书长。
