目的：介绍一种新的有效方法治疗Ｍiles术式骶前静脉破裂所致大出血。方法：先将汹涌的出血点给于压迫，不使继续出血，吸尽盆腔内残血，然后采用“OＢ医用肠吻合胶”对骶前破裂静脉作局部直接胶合。结果：２例骶前静脉破裂，采用其它方法均无效的情况下采用“OＢ医用肠吻合胶”作局部胶合后均在1ｍｉｎ３０ｓ内达到完全止血的效果。结论：“ＯＢ医用肠吻合胶”对于骶前静脉破裂大出血的胶合治疗是一种较好方法．
OBJECTIVE: To introduce a new and effective method for the treatment of Miles’ massive hemorrhage caused by rupture of the anterior tibial vein. Methods: First, the turbulent bleeding points should be given oppression, so as not to continue bleeding, and pelvic residual blood should be exhausted. Then, “OB Medical Intestinal Anastomosis Gel” should be used for local direct gluing of the presacral ruptured vein. RESULTS: Two cases of anterior tibial vein rupture were treated with “OB Medical Intestinal Anastomosis Gel” after local gluing under the other methods. All of them achieved complete hemostasis within 1 min 30 s. 4. Conclusion: “OB Medical Intestinal Anastomosis” is a better method for the comminuted hemorrhage of presacral vein rupture.
