目的食品卫生标准体系是食品安全标准的重要内容,现行有效的食品卫生标准共455项,主要分为16大类。今后标准体系要加强“危险性评估”相关工作,提高与国际食品法典委员会(CAC)标准的协调一致性。优先领域应包括:微生物限量及其方法学标准;食品容器、包装材料及其加工助剂卫生标准及检验方法;食品中食品添加剂的测定方法;环境污染物等基础标准。建立和完善符合我国国情,并与国际接轨的食品卫生标准体系,对于确保食品质量安全和公众健康,维护社会主义市场经济秩序,具有极其重要的意义。
Objective Food hygiene standards system is an important content of food safety standards, the current effective food hygiene standards a total of 455, is divided into 16 categories. In the future, the standard system should strengthen the relevant work of “risk assessment” and improve the coordination with the standards of the International Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC). Priority areas should include: microbial limits and methodological standards; food containers, packaging materials and processing aids health standards and test methods; food additives in the determination of methods; environmental pollutants and other basic standards. Establishing and perfecting the system of food hygiene standards in line with China’s national conditions and with international standards is of great significance for ensuring food quality, safety, public health and safeguarding the order of the socialist market economy.
