对Φ38 mm管径下三种不同管排纵向间距的H型鳍片管束气侧的传热与阻力特性进行了试验研究,得到了考虑管排纵向间距变化的H型鳍片管束的传热准则数及阻力系数关联式,并将试验结果与相关的计算结果进行了比较。结果表明:管排纵向间距越大,气侧传热性能越高,阻力系数越大;在计算其他文献中相同管径传热准则数时,所得关联式计算结果与原始数据相差较小。该试验为H型鳍片管束的设计提供了可靠的依据。
The heat transfer and resistance characteristics of the gas side of the H-fin tube bundle with three different tube rows at Φ38 mm tube diameter were experimentally studied. The heat transfer criterion of the H-fin tube bundle was obtained considering the longitudinal spacing of tube rows Number and drag coefficient of correlation, and the test results and related calculations were compared. The results show that the larger the longitudinal spacing of the tubes, the higher the heat transfer performance on the gas side and the larger the resistance coefficient. When calculating the heat transfer criterion with the same diameter in other literatures, the correlation between the calculated results and the original data is small. The test provides a reliable basis for the design of the H-finned tube bundle.
