本文通过对混凝土搅拌运输车的结构和运行特点的分析,结合混凝土搅拌筒的重心变化情况,对搅拌车进行侧翻机理分析,并且建立临界侧翻公式和侧翻临界角示意图,计算出不同转弯半径下的安全车速,为进一步研发混凝土搅拌运输车侧翻预警系统及防侧翻装置提供了理论依据。
Based on the analysis of the structure and operation characteristics of the concrete mixer truck and the change of the center of gravity of the concrete mixer drum, the rollover mechanism of the mixer truck is analyzed, and the critical rollover formula and the rollover critical angle diagram are established, The safe speed under the radius provides theoretical basis for further developing the rollover early warning system and anti-rollover device of concrete mixer truck.
