在处理含超细弱磁性杂质矿粒时 ,高梯度磁选被认为是一种最有效的处理方法。本文介绍了这种分选设备在设计和应用中的进展 ,特别是更广阔的新应用领域。这种磁选设备有两个典型的系列 ,即传统的电磁高磁场强度磁过滤机 (HI磁过滤机 )和Powerflux型超导高梯度磁选机。高磁场强度磁过滤机在工艺和设计上的改进使其应用范围更加广泛。这一点在加工高纯石英砂的应用中已有所体现。但是早期设备昂贵的造价和其结构的复杂性阻碍了超导高梯度磁选设备的应用和发展。而Powerflux型高梯度磁选机因不需要用致冷剂 ,使其易于制造 ,并且生产成本降低。本文介绍了Powerflux型高梯度磁选机的结构特点和工艺改进的相关特点
High-gradient magnetic separation is considered as one of the most effective treatments for minerals containing ultrafine weak magnetic impurities. This article describes the progress made in the design and application of this sorting equipment, especially in the broader new field of application. This type of magnetic separation equipment has two typical series, the traditional electromagnetic high magnetic field strength magnetic filter (HI magnetic filter) and Powerflux superconducting high gradient magnetic separator. High magnetic field strength Magnetic filter in the process and design improvements make it a wider range of applications. This has been reflected in the application of processing of high purity quartz sand.
