建筑室内设计发展而来的多元化风格是在后现代主义思潮的影响下所形成的。因此出现詹姆斯的后现代主义思想,它为建筑室内设计的发展发挥着不可磨灭的作用。本文从以后现代主义为主题,讨论其背景、简要概述、风格、特征,后现代主义对中国室内设计的影响,以及未来后现代中国室内设计的发展趋势。
