《QA与TQC和军工质量管理的差异》一文,对在我国的质量管理中有由3个主管部门分别颁发的3种质量管理和质量保证标准体系作了一定的研究、分析、比较,有助于加深对标准条文的理解。笔者思考角度新颖,立论独特,对我国质量管理和质量保证标准体系提出了个人看法。我们发表此文意在推动核工业质量管理理论的研究。因此本刊恳切希望读者能将自己的观点,体会,意见书写成文寄与编辑部。通过讨论,达到促进核工业质量管理上一个新台阶之目的。
The article “Difference between QA and TQC and Military Quality Management” has some research, analysis, comparison and help on three kinds of quality management and quality assurance standard system respectively issued by three departments in our country’s quality management To deepen the understanding of the standard provisions. The author thinks in a new angle of view and has a unique standpoint on his own. He has put forward his own opinion on the standard system of quality management and quality assurance in China.
