我厂生产的汽车后半轴毛坯,原来是在杆部采用空气锤自由锻拔长的工艺,这样不仅容易产生折叠缺陷,使成品装车后经常出现断裂现象,而且劳动强度极大,生产率又低。工人师博从长期的生产实践中深深体会到:要解决这一难题,只有从工艺上实现根本变革才有出路。为此厂党委组织了以工人为主体的三结合小组,到兄弟厂学习取经,从汽门电镦工艺中得到启示,提出了电镦后半轴的大胆设想。在厂党委的正确领导下,放手发动群众,自行设计、自行制造,于1971年10月试制成功一台汽车后半轴电镦机,经过三年多的工艺试验后,现已投入正常生产,取代了原来的老工艺。现将(?)半轴电镦工艺及其设备简介如下:
