最近几期我刊就“中华文明基因问题”,连续采访了文化人类学家、民俗学家林河先生。在采访中林河先生依据近些年考古发现成果,运用马列主义史学研究方法,遵照江泽民同志对社会科学工作者“认识世界、承传文明、创新理论、咨政育人、服务社会”的要求,分别就“中华民族自古是爱好和平的民族,是人类古文明和人类开放型文化、创新型文化、海洋型文化的主要缔造者”等问题,进行了较为系统的阐述和介绍,其中有些观点和议论突破了有关“师承、古训、洋规和禁区”,虽多属一家之言,但体现了“创新理论”的精神,同时也提出了有根有据既推翻传统定论又树立新论的观点。这些观点发表后,引起了许多读者的兴趣和关注,产生了较好的社会影响,对于弘扬我中华民族先进文化,传播文化历史知识,明证人类史学实际,增强中华民族自信心、自豪感和凝聚力,都产生了良好的社会效应。林河先生对此深受鼓舞,对广大读者的关注和赞誉深表谢意。近期,林河先生又就与“中华文明基因”相关的问题做了进一步探讨,产生了一些成果和观点。现应广大读者要求,经与林河先生商策,我刊再对其进行系列采访,拟分别就:“中华为什么叫‘华’、为什么人类主要物质文明、精神文明、民主政治文明最早多出于中华民族”等专题进行系统介绍。
