为了使食品卫生监督管理逐步走上规范化,提高社会效益和经济效益,1988年11月至1990年11月我站对食检科,食检科对食品卫生监督检验人员实行目标责任合同制,现将我们的做法介绍如下。1 目标管理责任制内容1.1 内容文明执法,办案水平,廉政奉公,礼貌待人;健康体检及食品卫生许可证发放情况;食品监测检验,卫生知识培训情况;对体检发证,检测化验等有偿服务合理收费和经济指标完成情况。1.2 考核办法按签定的目标责任合同制,分别由地、县、站、科进行考核。2 主要成效2.1 提高了监督管理水平在合同期间,到食品企业巡回监督检查2482次,深入现场监
