观察了２３０４例孕产妇，弓形虫抗体双项阳性或ＣＡｇ阳性者１１２例，阳性率为４．８６％；同时检查健康女输血员１８５人阳性率为２．１６％，二者无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
The positive rate of 2304 pregnant women, Toxoplasma gondii antibody positive or CAg positive were 112 cases, the positive rate was 4.86%. Meanwhile, the positive rate of blood transfusion in 185 healthy persons was 2.16%, both of which were not statistically significant (P> 0.05).
