烟草行业作为我国重要的税收来源之一,一度成为我国经济社会发展的重要资金来源。然而,随着我国改革的进一步推进和经济环境的变化,其发展受到了一定程度的阻碍,而这种种阻碍在企业预算制度方面表现的尤为明显,本文试图通过对推进烟草行业中预算管理作用的发挥的研究,来提升企业的财务管理水平,从而实现企业的持续、平稳发展。
As one of the important tax sources in our country, the tobacco industry became an important source of funds for the economic and social development in our country. However, with the further promotion of the reform of our country and the change of economic environment, its development has been hindered to a certain extent, and this kind of hindrance has been particularly evident in the enterprise budget system.
