Recently, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency disclosed a bold plan to send people to the moon around 2030. The agency hopes to investigate possible water ice conditions near the moon’s south pole. This work is to be started in 2022 through an international cooperation project to identify whether these water-ice deposits can be mined and used as space
