【目的】探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)与抽动障碍(tic disorder,TD)共病(comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and tic disorder,CAT)患儿的生活质量。 (Inventory of Subjective Life quality,ISLQ)对CAT组60例,ADHD组79例,TD组60例,正常对照组71名儿童分别进行评估。
【Objective】 To investigate the quality of life of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and tic disorder (tic disorder, TD). 【Methods】 Sixty children with CAT, 79 children with ADHD, 60 children with TD and 71 children with normal control were evaluated by Inventory of Subjective Life Quality (ISLQ). 【Results】 The scores of CAT group in living environment were higher than those in ADHD group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in other aspects (P> 0.05). CAT group children scored lower than TD group in family life, peer interaction, school life, self-awareness, depression experience and overall satisfaction (P <0.05). The score of family life, companionship, school life, self-awareness, cognitive component and overall satisfaction of children in CAT group were lower than those in normal control group (P <0.01). 【Conclusion】 The subjective quality of life of CAT children is significantly decreased, mainly related to the presence of ADHD. The treatment should include comprehensive interventions including psychotherapy.
