运动负荷主要由负荷量和负荷强度两个因素构成,两者相互联系、相互影响、在传统训练过程中,对负荷量的关注程度超过了负荷强度,把训练局限在“只有量变才能有质变”这一事物发展的普遍规律上。然而随着田径运动实践和体育科学研究的发展,以及当前大密度、高强度比赛的现实,使人们的观念开始发生转变,逐步把研究和训练重点放到了训练强度上,并结合专项训练,在实践中取得了显著效果。
