俄罗斯外贸与关税政策保护委员会决定在2008年12月至2009年5月期间再度实行季节性原糖进口关税以保护国内的甜菜糖产业。期间原糖进口关税将从目前的140美元/吨上调至220-270美元/吨之间,具体每月的关税将视纽约糖价而定。
Russia’s Foreign Trade and Tariffs Protection Commission decided in December 2008 to May 2009 to implement a new seasonal import tariffs on raw sugar to protect the domestic beet sugar industry. Raw sugar import tariffs during the period from the current 140 US dollars / ton raised to 220-270 US dollars / ton, the specific monthly tariffs will be based on New York sugar prices.
