经中国科协批准,中国水利学会于1981年12月9日至17日在四川省成都市召开了“全国水文预报学术讨论会”。与会的有各省、市、自治区水利系统以及水利、电力、交通、铁道、海洋、中科院等部门的有关生产单位、科研机构、大专院校和新闻单位的代表,共220余人。会议由中国水利学会副理事长、水文专业委员会主任委员、水利水电科学研究院副院长谢家泽同志主持。四川省人民政府杨钟副省长出席了开幕式并讲了话,四川省科协、农办和水电厅的有关负责同志出席了会议。会议上交流的编号论文182篇,其中在大会上介绍的论文有67篇。其内容涉及产流、汇流、流域水
With the approval of the China Association for Science and Technology, China Society of Hydraulic Research convened a “National Symposium on Hydrological Forecasting” in Chengdu, Sichuan Province from December 9 to December 17, 1981. Over 220 people attended the meeting, including water conservancy systems from various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions as well as representatives from relevant production units, research institutes, tertiary institutions and news agencies in water conservancy, electricity, transportation, railways, oceans and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The meeting was chaired by Xie Jianze, vice chairman of China Water Conservancy Society, director of hydrological professional committee and vice president of the Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research. Vice Governor Yang Zhong of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government attended the opening ceremony and made a speech. The relevant responsible comrades from Sichuan Association for Science and Technology, Agricultural Affairs Office and Hydropower Development Department attended the meeting.
