目的通过高热雾化吸入5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu),建立一种治疗肺癌的热化疗相结合的新方法。方法用家兔和肺癌病人为对象、对比了高热与常温条件下,雾化吸入5-Fu后,在气管、肺门支气管、周围肺组织、肺门淋巴结、肿瘤组织及血浆中5-Fu浓度,标本用高效液相层析仪检测(HPLC)。结果加热组在上述标本中的含量明显高于常温组,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01),血浆中含量甚微。结论热疗与局部化疗通过雾化吸入可同时应用,并可产生协同作用,且全身毒副作用小于静脉化疗。
Objective To establish a new method for the combination of thermochemotherapy for lung cancer by inhalation of 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) by hyperthermia. Methods Rabbits and lung cancer patients were used to compare the concentration of 5-Fu in trachea, hilar bronchus, peripheral lung tissue, hilar lymph node, tumor tissue and plasma after inhalation of 5-Fu under high-heat and room temperature conditions. Specimens were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results The content of the heated group in the above-mentioned specimens was significantly higher than that in the normothermia group, with significant statistical significance (P<0.01), and the content in the plasma was very small. Conclusion Hyperthermia and local chemotherapy can be applied simultaneously by aerosol inhalation and can produce synergistic effects, and the systemic side effects are less than intravenous chemotherapy.
