我们利用高频电刀治疗寻常疣、跖疣、扁平疣、痣、老年性血管瘤328例,取得了满意疗效,经过随访无复发及不良反应,现报告如下。一、临床资料:本组治疗寻常疣及跖疣200例,其中男124例,女76例。发病年龄11～72岁。病期2个月～6年。所患疣数最少1个,最多38个,约帽针头至黄豆大小不等。皮损分布在头皮、颜面、鼻尖、手指、手背、甲缘、手掌、足背、足底、足趾间、趾背及侧缘。除34例未经治疗外,其余均经多种疗法(如三氯醋酸、冰醋酸腐蚀、中草药外敷,冷冻疗法等)
