地处珲春近郊的“穷二道沟”村.70年代虽更换了一个吉祥而又充满希冀的名字——富民村.但仍没甩掉那个穷字。1979年4月,从乡办企业回村任党支部书记的傅鸿高和班子成员们勇敢地挑起了致富的重担。他们在落实联产承包责任制的同时,保留了集体的房产,为带领群众走富裕路留下了宝贵的家底。
It is located in the “poor Erdaogou” village in the outskirts of Hunchun, which was replaced by a prosperous and hopeful name - Fumin in the 1970s, but it still has not got rid of the poor word.
