当前的冶金信息电子采集设备中,对采集数据的校验能力不强,很难做到准确的分类和智能判断,缺少必要的错误信息剔除机制,给后期冶金信息的操作带来困扰。为了解决这一问题,提出一种数据优化方法。通过设定合理的校验和数据聚类方法对冶金电子设备采集的数据进行合理的挖掘优化。运用聚类分析的方法对冶金信息电子采集设备的软件进行优化。初步实现了对冶金控制系统信息获取能力的优化,为优化系统体系结构和提高冶金DCS控制系统质量提供了一定依据。经仿真验证,该方法可用性、稳健性较强。
