随着我国法律制度的逐步健全与完善,特别是新《刑法》、《刑事诉讼法》的公布与实施,对刑事技术鉴定的科学性、合法性提出了更深、更高的要求。本文就目前我国刑事技术鉴定工作中有关科学性、合法性问题作了分析。
With the gradual improvement and perfection of our legal system, especially the promulgation and implementation of the new Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Law, we have put forward deeper and higher requirements on the scientific and legal criminal identification. This article analyzes the scientific and legal issues concerning criminal technical appraisal in our country at present.
