蒸汽驱的不断研究和矿场应用已经证实了一个早期结论 ,即该工艺是开采重质和中质原油的好方法。本项试验研究了用低浓度碱或表面活性剂溶液作为水驱油藏的蒸汽驱添加剂的可行性。本项研究的目的是对使用蒸汽和低浓度碱表面活性剂混合物开采更多原油的优化蒸汽驱工艺进行探索。为了达到这些目标 ,进行了以下 4项流动试验 :①常规蒸汽驱(SF) ;②表面活性剂蒸汽驱 (SSF) ;③碱蒸汽驱(ASF) ;④低浓度表面活性剂碱蒸汽驱 (SASF)。本项研究结果证实 ,用蒸汽驱能够显著提高采收率。在蒸汽驱中加入低浓度碱比常规蒸汽驱能够采出更多的原油。把蒸汽驱与表面活性剂相结合比用常规蒸汽驱或者碱蒸汽驱提高的采收率都高。提出的表面活性剂碱蒸汽驱技术能够大幅度提高采收率
An ongoing study of steam flooding and mine applications have confirmed an early conclusion that the process is a good way to exploit heavy and medium-quality crude oil. This study investigated the feasibility of using low concentration alkali or surfactant solutions as steam flooding additives in waterflooding reservoirs. The purpose of this study was to explore an optimized steam flooding process for extracting more crude oil using a mixture of steam and low concentrations of alkali surfactant. In order to achieve these goals, the following four flow tests were conducted: ① conventional steam flooding (SF); ② surfactant steam flooding (SSF); ③ alkali steam flooding (ASF); ④ low concentration surfactant alkali steam flooding (SASF ). The results of this study confirm that steam flooding can significantly improve oil recovery. Addition of low concentration of alkali to steam flooding can produce more crude oil than conventional steam flooding. Combining steam flooding with surfactant is more efficient than conventional steam flooding or alkaline steam flooding.
