在社会主义市场经济日趋成熟、竞争日趋激烈、转型不断加快的今天,企业对人才、技能的要求越来越高。高职院校根据市场和企业的需求,增设专业技能课程、增加实践教学课时、提高学生的技术水平和操作能力显得十分必要。本文针对目前企业对人才的需求趋势,提出纳税技能实训课程实践教学的路径选择,旨在提高实践教学水平,促进高职毕业生就业。
Today, as the socialist market economy matures, the competition becomes fiercer and the transition continues to accelerate, the demand for talent and skills in enterprises is getting higher and higher. Higher vocational colleges according to the needs of the market and business, additional professional skills courses, increase the practical teaching hours, improve the technical level of students and operational capacity is very necessary. In this paper, according to the current trend of demand for talents in enterprises, this paper puts forward the path selection of practical teaching of tax-paid skills training courses in order to improve the practical teaching level and promote the employment of higher vocational graduates.
