我厂自1962年采用金属喷涂法修复曲轴以来,不断地克服了在曲轴喷涂中所遇到的缺陷问题,提高了修复质量,使生产渐趋稳定。这里介绍的是我们对喷涂缺陷的成因的分析和防止缺陷所采取的方法。
Since our factory repaired the crankshaft by metal spray in 1962, we have continuously overcome the defects encountered in the crankshaft spraying, improved the quality of repair and stabilized the production. Here is our analysis of the causes of spray defects and methods to prevent defects.
