英国学者通过前向性双盲法的研究显示,在钡剂灌肠之前,先进行Hartmann’s 溶液灌注,可使肠道的清洁度显著改进,且无严重不良的影响。进行钡剂灌肠检查的41例患者,任意选择采用下述两种方法中的一种,进行肠道准备。全组中有21例病人,(对照组)在钡剂灌肠前24小时,先服25毫升篦麻油,次晨检查前再作灌肠。另有20例病人(治疗组),通过鼻胃管,按每小时4公升的速度注入37℃
British scholars through a prospective, double-blind study showed that before the barium enema, Hartmann’s solution perfusion, intestinal cleanliness can be significantly improved, and no serious adverse effects. Forty-one patients undergoing barium enema examination were randomly selected to receive either of the following two methods for bowel preparation. Twenty-one patients in the group (control group) served 25 ml of castor oil 24 hours prior to the barium enema, and then enema for the next morning. Another 20 patients (treatment group), through the nasogastric tube, at a rate of 4 liters per hour into the 37 ℃
