计算机和网络的出现给我们的工作带来了很大的改变,并且现在科技的发展逐渐的向自动化和智能化方向发展,企业、单位的办公设备也越来越先进,过去我们都是以纸为媒介进行信息传递,现在都是采用电子文件进行信息传递,一些单位都已经出现了无纸化办公了。所以目前来说,电子文件和电子档案的应用是发展的必然趋势。
