国家煤矿安全监察局于2002年11月25日下发了《关于加强煤矿矿用产品标志管理工作的通知》。通知指出,按《安全生产法》规定,安全设备的设计、制造、安装、使用、检测、维修和报废,应当符合国家标准或者行业标准。生产经营单位使用的涉及生命安全、危险性较大的特种设备,必须按照国家有关规定,由专业生产单位生产,并经取得专业资质的检测、检验机构检测、检验合格,取得安全标志后方可投入使用。国家煤矿安全监察局已公布了实施安全标志管理的煤矿矿用产品目录。通知要求进一步加强
On November 25, 2002, the State Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau issued the “Notice on Strengthening the Management of Mining Mine Product Signage”. The circular pointed out that according to the “Safety Production Law”, the design, manufacture, installation, use, testing, maintenance and scrapping of safety equipment should comply with national standards or industry standards.
