从近年国家教育部对高校人才的指导性意见和“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的推进和落实工作中,可以看出高校人才培养规格的变化,体现了高等教育从大众教育转化为精英教育的现实。省属普通高校的转型发展,需要培养高素质应用型人才,必须摆脱知识体系的束缚、学分的限制,将社会需求、行业动态、行业标准的解读引入到人才培养方案的实践教学体系中。“分段对接,多点融合”实践教学体系,是作者在国家人才培养规格变化和用人单位人才需求变化的基础上提出的一个设想。
